Is this a sales pitch?

Absolutely not! The workshop offers a safe, educational, learning environment. There is nothing to buy. Soliciting is strictly forbidden at these workshops. Vendors or agents who enroll in the class and are discovered will be asked to leave immediately. Participants learn how to find the help they need when they need it. When you are ready to buy, you won't be at the mercy of charlatans, neophytes, and amateurs. You will know how to identify and hire the best talent to meet your needs.

How does this workshop compare to other homebuyer workshops?

No other workshop offered in the Northwest is as candid and revealing of the dark underbelly of this industry. For example, participants learn why real estate is not always a good investment. No workshop taught by real estate agents would be that bold. Participants learn the critical aspects of selecting an agent to represent their interests. Most other workshops are taught by agents who expect you to hire them. And few in the mortgage industry will tell you why improper lending is the fastest growing cause of mortgage defaults. Your instructor will hold nothing back. He is not a commissioned real estate agent or mortgage lender. He is a full time trainer for real estate and mortgage professionals.

Can I record the workshop?

Unfortunately, no.  In order for the workshop to remain a safe, educational, learning environment for all the participants, we need to ensure the questions they ask or the stories they share are not recorded.  If you are concerned about learning ALL the information in one setting, let us offer you three key facts: 1.) you will receive a copy of all the workshop material, including the slides, 2.) you are welcome to attend as many workshops as you need to learn the material, and 3.) Steve, your instructor, is a very experienced mortgage professional. You will learn the information you need.
